We offer specialist residential services for young adults 18 - 25 with autism, learning disabilities or with complex behavioural or other needs using specialist trauma informed & person centred approaches to ensure care that is as individual as our residents are.
Brightness and Hope offers therapeutic services embedded with trauma informed approach, working alongside qualified therapists and counsellors to meet the needs of each individual. We also use additional approaches such as the secure base model which promotes security, confidence, competence and resilience in a sensory environment designed for each individual needs.
Brightness and Hope offers emergency services. We recognise the urgency and exceptional considerations involved in emergency cases and are well-equipped to assist and manage them effectively. Our priority is to ensure that individuals are placed in services that align with their specific needs and support requirements during this critical time, in accordance to their referral or care needs.
We focus on each person's individual needs, preferences and goals when providing support and care. We use a trauma informed approach and embed the secure base model. Our aim is to empower people to make their own choices about how they live their lives. and helping people with complex needs to develop within their home environment and beyond and enabling individuals to develop daily living and independence skills in a supported environment, empowering them to make choices by being heard.
